What is your return policy?
We’re committed to your 100% satisfaction. To initiate, follow instructions on the returns & exchanges page jackdonnelly.com/pages/returns-exchanges
It’s fast and easy. a prepaid return label will be emailed to you automatically, which you have 30 days to send back for a full refund or exchange. All returns incur a $5 shipping/processing fee deducted from the refund to the original form of payment.
Please make sure all merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
What is your exchange policy?
All exchanges are free. We accept exchanges for items in a different size, fits or color. Please make sure that have not been worn or washed. If you need something sooner, you can request a return and order a new pair.

How do I exchange or return an item?
Facilitating a return or exchange can all be done digitally on our website. Click HERE and you will be able to print off a return label by entering in your order number and email. Place the items you are returning or exchanging in box or mailer, attach the prepaid USPS return label and drop it off at your local USPS store or pickup. Our team will take care of the rest. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has processed or when your exchange ships.
When can I expect my refund?
Please allow for 5-7 days from receipt of return for us to process returns. Refunds will post within 7 days depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation when refund is issued.
How long does an exchange take?
Please allow 5-7 days for us to process exchanges. Once shipped, you will usually receive item in 3-4 days via USPS.
Orders
What is the status of my order?
Upon placing an order, you will automatically be sent a confirmation email. Once your package is shipped you will receive an email providing USPS shipping details and tracking number. When inquiring by email about your order please include your order # in the subject line.
When will my order ship?
Orders submitted by 3pm CST will usually ship the same day. Orders places after 3pm CST will ship the next day.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we ship your order as quickly as possible we cannot guarantee being able to change or cancel your order. Please email us at hello@jackdonnelly.com to check the status of the order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
How can I track my order?
You can track your package by clicking “track my order” in your shipping confirmation email. You can also reference all orders and tracking information via Your Orders page once logged into our website.
When will my order arrive?
Orders will be processed & shipping within 48 hours. Please allow for 3-4 days shipping time depending on your location. For international orders, please allow for 7-10 days.

We ship anywhere and everywhere. If you need chinos, we have your covered!
What if something is wrong with my order?

Product & Sizing
What size should I buy?
You want to focus your order on waist size. We feel our fit is superior to the competition, however our waist sizes generally correspond with other leading brands. They are designed and scaled throughout the seat and thighs based on the waist size. Please reference our Fit Guide for a more comprehensive breakdown.
All our chinos have a 39” inseam with an un-hemmed bottom, allowing you to tailor them to your perfect length.
We recommend you wash your khakis prior to hemming, as they will shrink a bit during initial wash. If you plan to dry clean only, you can hem them right away.
Between sizes? Generally, we recommend you order the larger size and utilize the washer and dryer to shrink them down a bit.
How do I care for my khakis?
Hemming- We recommend you wash your khakis before having them hemmed, as they will shrink a bit during first wash. This will allow you to get an accurate length. If you plan on dry cleaning only you can hem your khakis right away.
Home Laundry- Please follow care label instructions inside your khakis. With repeated wash and dry your khakis will tend to shrink a bit. If this happens, simply hang khakis to dry and they will return to original shape.
To limit wrinkles without ironing, lay khakis on flat surface and allow to air dry, or promptly remove khakis hot from the dryer and fold.
If your khakis feel tight out of the dryer, don’t worry, as they will loosen up after initial wear.
Ironing- Ironing is not a necessity in caring for your khakis (see Home Laundry), but if you prefer ironing, we recommend high heat for khaki twills.
Dry Clean- If you choose to dry clean, khakis will maintain a fuller, longer fit than if home laundered.

Can I receive a re-stock notification?
Yes– on the product page when you select your size, if sold out, it will allow you to enter your email address to be notified when we re-stock. You will be notified via email when item is in stock and available for purchase.
